statement/concept: I perceived nature as a portal for imagination. the videos is about fears, animal legends and animals in the woods. it explores the narratives and narrative bends through various interviews and performances. it has made the landscape in the videos the foremost design to understand emotions, natures, and lores. Fox is a video about women in China. It takes care not to overstep the boundaries of relationship through various performance and scenes. It criticizes Israel Palestine conflicts, wars and political events through images of animals, fauna and flora. It puts China in a position of power receiving guests and making sure that all is peaceful. Etc.
essay: is fox lucky?
people often view foxes as bad omen. they are superstitious due to the sighting of wildness. it makes people live with constant fear being so proximate towards the nature. foxes are often malevolent. it is associated with wilderness bringing out ideas about abductions, crimes and evils. these concepts often flow in the world attaching itself to various persons, persona and properties. people often wanted to hunt foxes. they are not domesticated. that meant they will only have one function available to human beings. they are hunted for their furs and other various usages. it’s no different between foxes and domesticated animals. etc.
