A group of 20 something girls are doing hard drugs and liquors in a bar in 90s in nyc just moved from Los Angeles. They ingest a type of liquid drugs through straws and needles pretending they are drinking through their flesh on their arms, wrists and throats. It’s hers ozempic. Hottest drug out there.
It makes them high. They are here to meet Donald j. Trump, the real estate tycoon who used to be a democrat, a goat, a star. The strippers in the clubs are splitting their legs midair and whistling a tune through their lips. They are all black and Asians with a few white girls in their undies.
One of the girls in the 20 something group is an Asian beauty, Tatianna Philips, with dark black hair and black cat eyeliners. She wears a pair of sunglasses and sits cross legged in a magenta metallic slip dress hung on her shoulder with metal links and only reaching her mid thighs, showing multiple tattoos on her legs and chests, all flowers, birds, and dragons.
Several other girls touch her on her arms, thighs and wrists laughing, giggling, and asking how she is doing. She kicks up her right leg crossing on top pulling a drink, a sunrise mai tai in a tall curvy glass, towards her chest sucking on the colorful pink striped straw, falling her back on the dark red leather couch, putting her feet wearing black patent platform sandal heels on the glass topped table plated with mangoes, passion fruits, apples, hams, cucumber sandwiches, floral arrangements consisting of roses, lavenders, baby’s breaths, and assortment of cakes.
She said with a lilt in her voice, whatever. Gimme some cards. I’m borrred. One of the girls sitting around in a black dress with blonde hair, a Korean American, Mary Chantal, smiles and grabs two decks of tarot cards and playing cards from her Chanel purse, putting them in front of Tatianna, mouthed in the loud bangs of electronic music, here. What you gonna do? A white guy with blonde hair also in his 20s wearing white shirt and white cargo pants, Eric Alexander, come and squeeze himself between Mary Chantal and another girl, a Russian girl whose name is Victoria yado, with green eye shadows and in a blue silk slip dress wearing a Tiffany & co. necklace, putting his arm around Mary Chantal and Victoria Yado kissing Mary Chantal on her cheek and smiling charmingly at Tatianna, what’s the matter? Play or not play?
Mary Chantal slaps him across the face and spits, don’t touch me! Who the fuck are you? Tatianna looks down at the cards in front of her through the dark shades of the sunglasses coldly bending towards the desk picking up, shuffling and cutting the cards with her hands after she puts the drink on the table near a bouquet of roses, cakes and tissue papers. Tatianna mixes the cards and pulls one card from all the cards displaying it between her right hand middle finger and point finger up in Mary Chantal’s, Eric Alexander’s and other girls’ faces, speaking out loud, look! It is what it is. An ace will not play. The card is a heart K.
Tatianna stands up suddenly shocked by the sudden drop of the music in the club. She walks to the middle of the crowd having a Celine bag hung over her shoulder. They gyrate to the beats of the music as the people in the crowd, white, black, Asian and various ethnicities pass a joint around. One of them lights it with a match. She smokes it and blows the white smokes out of her mouth.
Tatianna feels extremely uncomfortable as if suffocated by the heat suddenly sweltering in the space. The girl sees her and feels a glimmer of compassion inside her. She gives Tatianna the joint and asks politely, do you want some? Tatianna Philips, growing up in the 1980s Los Angeles, has never accounted for a stranger’s kindness. She smiles and pushes the friendship joint away with three of her fingers.
Tatianna thought about clubbing as a way of life. The music, the lights and the dances. She considered herself lucky in the middle of so many New Yorkers. They laughed and clearly were so high even their laughter smelled of the kinks. She missed Los Angeles deeply. The streets. The food. And the people. No one seemed to be bothered considering her feelings, which were very hurt obviously. She danced thoughtlessly for a while. Then she spotted a blonde man in blue working class suit. He was gigantic. It was Donald j. Trump. He was passing through the crowds. Then he sat on the bar stool for a bit drinking whisky. How was it possible? Donald Trump and whisky. She swallowed hard and thought about something like a group of butterflies. She pinched her arm and yelled thrilly, “stop!” People looked at her shocked. She pushed past them trying to reach Donald Trump in his improbable blue suit. And there she was like a bamboo stick getting between Donald Trump and the bars. “Hello, sir, you must be Donald Trump?” Tatianna greeted him delicately. His blonde eyebrows lifted for a second. Then he laughed and smiled, “yes, and you?” “Tatianna! I’m from Los Angeles!” Tatianna squealed. It was such a dream!
