Hong Kong, Authority

So I was curious about my friends and classmates’ works. I checked their websites and social media. Their works consist of largely hateful commentary about Hong Kong, democracy and freedom of speech. This has surprised me as their way of controlling others and their movements. It’s the type of work that will definitely garner attention from authority. I emailed them several times and they didn’t reply me. I think they are probably in troubles with authority, and still hateful about people who protested in Hong Kong. Etc.
