I checked on my student loan website. I applied for the disability benefit that would cancel it. It’s clear it’s cancelled completely. But then I received this letter that said I owed them 6000 more money. It’s clearly fake or a scam. I’m troubled by this. I wonder why there are so many scams and scammers. On the other hand how will I move to another place since my mom clearly cannot stay here? Etc.
