My classmates and friends from when I was studying at OCAD University, qirou yang, lifan Zhou and Xi Cheng, took me to different places to hang out with them in the past. One of them was a temple. I painted the wall there. It has taught me about virtues. I often remembered those time with fondness. They also had a market and a festival. I visited and bought some food. I have considered my Chinese name, Yuling Chen, after I visited those places with them. It’s masculine. It has certain beauty to it, its pronunciation and its meaning. I reflected on it constantly as if reading the classic novel my name was taken from. The story of stone was a beautiful book and literature. I used the books which were translated into English to teach my friend, and ex, Alex Banman, Chinese. It had given me a blue print to find my tastes and bearings. I love the book. It was full of characters and spirits. It was rebellious. At the same time it was quite intellectual as well. Etc.
