Debt collection doesn’t exist. It is a practice to get all the fake debts under judicial judgement and recycled through bankruptcy. Once you are bankcrupt, you no longer have those debts. In 2024 or so I applied for disability benefits. However all I got was bankruptcy informed by TD bank who checked my credits in 2025 or 2026. This is berserk. China’s economy is often boosted by these financial practices such as debt collection. Etc.
