There are cars following people. They are also parking randomly at different places. I wonder why that is. Is it an urban initiative to change maps and regulations of the city? Has it been like these since the pandemic? They seem to drive around blocks a lot. Have they followed the oil and gas stations price changes? Are they new to North America to combat those ill intentioned billboards and ads? The recent China Europe row with vehicles makes me think they must come from Europe in order to change laws in North America. Are politicians too corrupt? That’s interesting. Etc.
