Friends is a tv show worth rewatching. The show has a lot of stereotypical people. I found it quite funny. I first watched it when I was a kid living in China. It brought up certain impressions of foreign city and people to me. I was fascinated. I watched it episodes by episodes on tv, on phoenix Hong Kong tv station and on my computer. It reminded me a conversation I had with my father back then. I asked if I was/just wanted to be a rice worm (米虫) doing nothing when I grew up would that be okay? That question was funny enough to make me and my dad laugh. Did Friends’ lifestyle make me jealous? I wonder how one can afford that type of lifestyle ever since. The idea of being funny was starting to bloom for me. Years later, I rewatched the show on social media in short video clips. It inspired me to write this post. Is having friends fancy? Etc.
