China, Covid 19, etc.

China has become a huge issue again. Police and security are everywhere. It looks like Canada won’t survive another lockdown related economic issue. It has become painfully clear people are more geared for at home jobs and works than onsite ones. I used to work onsite and remote. It has made me more aware of the labour force and conditions in a proactive way. Since graduating I have been thinking about whether I should find jobs in China due to influence of my friends and classmates in schools. They seem to be very pessimistic that they could find jobs in Canada or North America after graduating. They talked about random opportunities all the time. They even talked up Chinese cities like Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. That made me think about whether I could work in China as a Canadian citizen. I don’t understand why they couldn’t work locally because they must at least have work visas. We hung out one last time in 2019 with some of my friends. Their nativism seemed more pronounced than ever calling me name, becoming cold and trying to make me jealous because they are going back to China. This is not helpful in terms of me trying to find works or jobs in Canada. And soon the COVID 19 came, people on the Chinese social media and them all become even more aggressive and nativists. They couldn’t even let foreign investigators to investigate where the virus is originated, the wet market in Wuhan. We reconnected in 2023 after I was jailed, arrested and evicted again from where I lived with my ex Alex Banman. He was not kind and clearly really on the side of those Chinese nativists. We talked again on social media. And they again try to pretend they know nothing about my arrests and suffering trying to make me jealous at anything they could get their hands on. I started to feel like the only way to placate them is me moving to China and see if I could work/ find a job there. Then what’s the point of getting a Canadian citizenship? Like what the hell? They acted so aloof disguising their localist, nativistic and racists point of view as relationship problems trying to make me think there is something wrong with me, about how I handle things, even dramatic that anything I touched turns into shit. I have to be more aloof than them in order to compete in an arena that I’m not familiar with and have no interests in. But this has gotten so difficult because I know they are not in it. That’s what I meant by being fake people. Etc.
