Spending time finding things to work on and write about has made many youth and other workers see things differently in the urban environment. For example, the lamp posts become a symbol of prosperity as the Chinese government pushes out policies related to giving people assets and money to get married. It has solidified how information gets trafficked in the world, through mobile communication apps. It has become extra painful to point out that protests and protesters who broke, pulled down and tore down these infrastructure such as lamp posts are the reason many workers find it difficult to create works about it.
