In 2020 the George Floyd protests have made the slogan “defund the police” a primary target of political thoughts spreading in the world and online. Many people view protests as a way to vent their grievances and find an outlet for their pains and sorrows. The killing of George Floyd was viewed years later by the general public as the igniting source of racial discussions in the institutions and public space. Many people wonder what would happen if protests like Black Lives Matter had prevailed. The emotions turned sour in and around these protests. Women, children and old people are often left behind by the men who participated in this social economic changes.
