As I have discussed above, information about protests, urban innovations and various materials can affect how people see and perceive the changes made in the municipality. Vice versa, the changing of the environmental and other policies in the city or province also can affect how people perceive information retrieved from the web. In recent decade the downward production rate of plastic pollution effected by these policies changes has created a new landscape of information showing a more liberal or less conservative image culture on the web. It attempts multiple information blackout at the local capacity. Many of these information on the web reflect a deeply angst generation growing up under the aegis of capitalism and eastern communism. People want to obtain materials, powers and supplies through online outlets such as amazon, shopping websites, and other web portals in order to save on the energy resource and added costs of research and creative productions. Its tendency to have an animal rights mindset has enabled large recycling and upcycling of the information and materials found on the web. Increasingly, governmental bodies often treated these information as necessary for their changing of the policies over the years. Wars, conflicts and aerial combats over this last decade in the middle east and around the world have made controls of these information easily deteriorated, loosened and prone to internal combustion. People found information hard to read. And they always think of them as some sort of resources for the less wealthy people, groups or generations.
